• The performer’s obligation shall cease in event of the performers detention or inability to perform by reasons of sickness, accident, means of transport, act of god, or order of any public authority, or any cause similar or dissimilar beyond the performer.

• All local advertising and ticket sales will be the responsibility of the Venue and Man Crush Entertainment

• This agreement cannot be cancelled by the Venue, this agreement follows verbal confirmation and cancellation does not lead to refund of deposit paid by the Venue.

• The Venue acknowledges that the number and identities of the individual artists of the show may be subject to change to late change and needs not notify the venue.

• Any other details not included in the agreement are void unless signed by Man Crush Entertainment

• No complementary tickets shall be given away unless authorized in writing by Man Crush Entertainment

• No other male revue show may be booked 3 months either side of the Man Crush Entertainment and Chocolate Fantasy performances.

• Man Crush Entertainment does not guarantee any minimum revenue, profits and/or losses for the Venue on the night of the event.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm your service appointment with Man Crush Entertainment, this must be paid by credit card/paypal/direct debit to secure your booking. The deposit is a separate charge and is not included all the above pricing you see for each service.

 

Extra costs may include travel or accommodation; you will be advised during your booking confirmation if any additional cost might occur.
